Customize your Podio home screen for the best overview of your work

Podio Tip #11 Hi Harga, To make sure you always see the most relevant information on your Podio home screen, you can customize the 'tiles' you see there. First click the Podio logo in the blue menu bar to go to your home screen. To the right of the activity stream you'll see the  + ADD TILE  icon. Click this to add any of the following to your home screen: Reports and views  from your apps Shortcuts to your favourite  apps A list of your upcoming tasks A view of your upcoming calendar events Images, notes and more... Podio Tip #8 The more work you do in Podio, the more you can automate it. Workflows is a feature that can take away the manual, repetitive stuff involved in organizing your work. Workflows is based on "if this, then that" logic. For example: If you create a new item, then workflows can create a related task for you If an item is updated, then workflows can add a comment to mention you asking for your input In our Help Centre you'll find a video tutorial and guide to creating your own basic workflows.
